8. Intellectual Property

All reports, documents, and materials prepared by us remain our intellectual property. You are granted a license to use these materials for the purposes for which they were created. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate our engagement with reasonable notice. Upon termination:

• You must pay all outstanding fees and charges
• We will return your original documents
• We may retain copies of documents as required by law or professional standards

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we will attempt to resolve it through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.

12. Amendments
